How MAGNETIC MAN got his name.

I appeared on German TV ProSieben, the show was “Arabella” hosted by Arabella Kiesbauer in 1995. A short time after I received an invitation from David Paradine Productions who produce “Beyond Belief” live television programme on the ITV English channel. I flew to London and met Sir David Frost in his office I was asked to preview or demonstrate what I would be doing on the show. During the next few days through many rehearsals Sir David noticed that I was quite nervous and he very kindly took an interest in my dilemma and was very reassuring and relieved my concerns. During our time together he referred to me as MAGNETIC POLE, this clever play on words is especially appropriate since I am polish by birth.
After the show there was a big party and since my English was and still is somewhat limited I tagged along with Sir David the whole time and we became friends. Before the night was over he told me “Some day you will be famous so it might be more proper and appropriate to call yourself MAGNETIC MAN”.
I now realize why he wanted a calm, very credible performance because he was completely convinced by my demonstration that I had something of great value to contribute to the world of science.
Stan Lee, the man who co-created such legendary comic book characters as Spider-Man, Hulk, X-Men and the Fantastic Four, searches for some real super humans, people who are gifted with remarkable abilities because of their genetic differences. Lee is joined by co-host Daniel Browning Smith, dubbed the world’s most flexible man. In Stan Lee’s Superhumans documentary television series that air worldwide on History and Discovery Channel, Stan Lee gave me name Mind Force.
